在煤矿生产运行中,高压开关过流或接触不良造成触头、接点过热是一种安全隐患,特别是井下重要负荷的供电线路出现过热,将严重影响矿井的生产安全。分布式光纤测温过热预警技术对井上、下的高压开关柜及其他高压设备触头、接点的温度实施在线监测,在实现就地监测各种功能的基础上,将数据通过工业以太网与矿井自动化平台、集团公司级的点检服务器实现信息共享,对于事故隐患及早发现、及时处理,提高行业管理水平,对保证高压设备的安全运行起到了很好的作用。
