引言容量法测定腐植酸一般是用重铬酸钾氧化法。在分析测定中我们发现:温度显著地影响重铬酸钾氧化腐植酸中有机碳的反应速度;当超过一定温度时,重铬酸钾迅速分解,使分析结果偏高甚至得不到结果。因而,我们在油浴中对氧化时需要的最佳温度范围,做了选择实验;对在水浴中氧化时,所需时间及用碘量法滴定过剩重铬酸钾进行了尝试。收到了初步成效,为分析腐植酸提供了参考。
Introduction Determination of humic acid volumetric method is generally used potassium dichromate oxidation. In the analysis, we found that temperature significantly affects the reaction rate of organic carbon in the oxidation of humic acid by potassium dichromate. When the temperature exceeds a certain temperature, potassium dichromate rapidly decomposes, resulting in high or even no analytical result. Thus, we selected the best temperature range for oxidation in an oil bath, and attempted to titrate excess potassium dichromate during oxidation in a water bath and iodometric method. The preliminary results have been received, providing a reference for the analysis of humic acid.
