目的:考察益肾固精经口单次给药后,动物所产生的毒性反应及毒性反应可能出现的靶器官,为临床毒副反应的检测提供参考依据。测定益肾固精对小鼠的急性毒性参数,为计算新药相对毒性参数和长期毒性、蓄积毒性以及特殊毒性实验剂量提供参考依据。方法:选择KM种小鼠进行单次给药毒性试验,小鼠用灌胃(ig)方式最大浓度、最大体积一次性给予益肾固精颗粒液,连续14天观察小鼠出现的毒性反应及死亡情况。结果:小鼠益肾固精颗粒液灌胃给药:MTD>30g/Kg,为人临床拟用剂量的133倍,此时未见由药物引起的毒性反应。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the toxic reactions and possible target organs of the animals after Yishen Gujing oral administration, and to provide reference for the detection of clinical toxicities and side effects. The parameters of acute toxicity of Yishen Gujing to mice were determined, which provided a reference for the calculation of the relative toxicity parameters of new drugs, and the long-term toxicity, cumulative toxicity, and special toxicity experimental dose. RESULTS: The mice were given intragastric administration of Yishen Gujing Granules: MTD> 30g/Kg, which was 133 times of the clinically used dose. At this time, there was no drug-induced toxicity.
