钻井时钻井液会在井壁上形成泥饼,如果在固井的时候这些泥饼没有被清除掉就会在井壁上形成一个不可固化层,严重影响胶结强度影响固井质量,实验证明利用振动固井技术来提高固井质量是多方面的是可行的,振动可以改善流体的性质,提高顶替效率,提高水泥面胶结强度,缩短水泥胶凝时间,减少甚至消除水泥浆静切力,所以振动固井是很有发展前途的一项新型固井技术。
