用振动处理方法调整金属构件的残余应力,强化金属基体,以获得机加工后尺寸精度的稳定性。它是与自然时数,热时效不同的一种新工艺,它对提高经济效益,节约能源具有重要意义。本文就大批量的机床铸件用正交试验的方法对振动处理的工艺因素作了比较系统的分析和研究,获得了最佳振动处理的工艺参数,并经过生产验证取得了可喜成果。文章还对振动处理的机理进行了分析和阐述,提出了一些看法和还需解决的问题。
With the vibration treatment method to adjust the residual stress of the metal components, strengthen the metal matrix, in order to obtain dimensional stability after machining. It is a new process which is different from natural time and thermal aging. It is of great significance to improve economic efficiency and save energy. In this paper, a large number of machine tool casting by orthogonal test method of vibration treatment process factors made a more systematic analysis and research to obtain the best vibration treatment process parameters, and achieved satisfactory results after production verification. The article also analyzes and expounds the mechanism of vibration treatment, and puts forward some opinions and problems to be solved.
