从变害为利的观点和昆虫资源利用的角度出发,探讨两种松毛虫蛹的营养价值.云南松毛虫(DendroimushouiLajonquiere)蛹的蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪和碳水化合物的含量分别为5815%,3598%,2252%和682%;文山松毛虫(DpunctatuswenshanensisTsaietLiu)蛹分别为6126%,3892%,1975%和970%;前者的不饱和脂肪酸含量与P/S值分别为6359%和1763%,后者分别为616944%和16316%;必需脂肪酸分别为322028%和2840%;两种虫蛹皆含有多种维生素和丰富的矿物元素.
From the point of view of changing from harmful to beneficial and the utilization of insect resources, the nutritional value of two kinds of pine caterpillars was discussed. The contents of protein, amino acid, fat and carbohydrate of pupae in Dendroimus houi-lajonquiere were 5815%, 3598%, 2252% and 682%, respectively. The pupae of D. puncti wenshanensis TsaietLiu 6126%, 3892%, 1975% and 970% respectively. The content of unsaturated fatty acid and P / S of the former were 6359% and 1763%, and the latter were 611%. 6944% and 16316%, respectively. The essential fatty acids were 322028% and 2840% respectively. Both pupae contained multiple vitamins and rich mineral elements.
