具有健全人格,拥有健康心理是21世纪对人才的需要,因此新课程提出了“发展健康个性,逐步形成健全人格”的宏伟教育目标,这一目标也对我们教师提出了更高的要求。面对这一目标,初中语文教师该如何有效地实行语文课程的德育渗透呢?所谓“浇花浇根花才旺,育人育心心才正”。而文学的润“心”细无声值得一试!巧用课本文学,挖掘课本文学的德育潜质,让文学与精神相遇相撞,无声启悟于心灵。让学生从文学中解读自我弱点,从文学中确定自我方向,从文学中把握人生态度;愿语文教师都携起手来,极力引导学生在与文学的对话中净化心灵,让文学育人育心。
