为深化传统友谊,加强友好合作,2006年11月3日～5日,“中非合作论坛北京峰会暨第三届部长级会议”在北京召开,这是中非外交史上规模最大、级别最高、与会非洲国家领导人最多的一次盛会。中国与来自非洲48国的国家元首和政府首脑等齐聚一堂,忆过去,谈合作,谋未来。中非企业代表经过两天的对话,签署了14项总金额约19亿美元的商务合同和协议,项目涵盖基础设施建设、资源开发、金融保险等领域,涉及埃塞俄比亚、埃及、南非、尼日利亚等11个非洲国家。在此极具发展潜力的宏观背景下,中非石化领域的合作将愈加频繁,并更趋成熟。
In order to deepen the traditional friendship and strengthen friendly cooperation, the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation and the Third Ministerial Meeting were held in Beijing from November 3 to November 5, 2006. This is the largest and the highest level in the history of diplomatic relations between China and Africa Highest, the highest participation of African leaders in a grand event.
