对156例青少年消化性溃疡病例进行诱发因素分析,认为精神因素、饮食因素、幽门螺杆菌(HP)因素是最常见的诱发因素,遗传因素、药物因素也较常见。通过分析和讨论认为,减轻精神压力、倡导合理饮食、规范杀灭HP对于提高青少年消化性溃疡的治愈率具有重要意义。 156 cases of peptic ulcer in adolescents induced factor analysis, that mental factors, dietary factors, Helicobacter pylori (HP) is the most common predisposing factor, genetic factors, drug factors are more common.
