本文研究了碳纤维电聚合表面处理工艺,以及处理后碳纤维表面性质的变化,及其对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,电聚合表面处理方法工艺简单、成本低、易操作。碳纤维经过电聚合表面处理之后,表面活性官能团增加,与基体的浸润性得到改善。大幅度地提高了复合材料的层剪强度、横向拉伸强度;改善了复合材料的压缩性能,并具有良好的耐环境性能。因此,电聚合表面处理方法是适合碳纤维生产中推广使用的一种表面改性的新方法。
In this paper, the carbon fiber electropolymerization surface treatment process, as well as changes in the surface properties of the treated carbon fiber and its effect on the properties of the composite material. The results show that the electropolymerization surface treatment method is simple, low cost, easy to operate. After electropolymerization of carbon fiber surface treatment, the surface active functional groups increased, with the matrix of the infiltration improved. It greatly improves the layer shear strength and transverse tensile strength of the composite, improves the compressibility of the composite and has good environmental resistance. Therefore, the electropolymerization surface treatment method is suitable for carbon fiber production in a new method of surface modification.
