一、第二松花江吉林市区以下航运现状1.航道现状第二松花江(以下简称“二松”)发源于长白山天池,纵贯吉林省中部地区,是其境内第一大河流,于松原市三岔河口处与嫩江汇合,注入松花江干流(以下简称“松干”),航道里程815km。二松吉林市区以下航道自吉林市丰满大坝至松原市三岔河口,航道里程370km,其中:丰满大坝至松原航道码头段329km,航道现状等级为Ⅵ级;松原航道码头至三岔河口段41km,航道现状等级为Ⅳ级。由于哈达山水利枢纽大坝没有通航设施,二松吉林市区以下航道只能区段通航。
