人除了有改造外在物质世界的实践活动之外,还有改造内在意识世界的心智活动。广义的哲学践行就是人类活动的哲学化,抑或是,带有哲学自觉意识的活动。哲学践行的路径有多种,也可以按照不同的标准分出各式各样的类别。哲学漫步是在生活中学习如何概念化思考的哲学践行,而禅修是反观自身、寻求内心平和的哲学践行的典型。通过对哲学漫步和禅修的研究,能够洞悉人的实践活动中静与动的辩证关系,并让人掌握概念化、学会关注自我等哲学化的生活方式,达到哲学使生活更美好的实际功效。
In addition to the practical activities of transforming the external material world, men also have the mental activity of transforming the inner world of consciousness. Philosophical practice of a broad sense of the human activity is, or is, with a conscious awareness of the activities of philosophy. Philosophical wandering is the philosophical practice of learning how to conceptualize thinking in life, whereas meditation is a reflection of itself and the philosophical practice of inner peace. Through the study of philosophical wandering and meditation, we can understand the dialectical relationship between static and dynamic in the practice of human beings, and let people master the philosophized lifestyles such as conceptualization and self-interest, so as to achieve the actual effect of philosophy in making life better.
