1966年BJ—130型汽车开始设计时,传动轴万向节没有合适的规格可供选用。我们设计了一种新万向节,但由于当时生产批量小,无专业厂配套生产,最后只好在NJ—130型和BJ—212型汽车之间作一选择,决定暂时以BJ—212型汽车万向节代用。一、原万向节存在的问题BJ—130型汽车所用发动机与BJ—212型汽车发动机相同,但传动速比和负荷比较大。万向节在使用中出现两个主要问题:一是轴颈磨损,滚针接触区很快压出印痕(如图1),进而产生声响,滚针脱落;二是少数十字轴从根部剪断(如图2)。 When the BJ-130 started designing in 1966, the drive shaft joint did not have the right specifications to choose from.
