聚肌胞注射液为广谱抗病毒药物.我科在1989年用来治疗原发性肝癌10例,用量每日6～10mg,一次静脉滴注,发现有较快地完全缓解肝区疼痛作用(排除用其它镇痛药物),未见任何不良反应。例一、刘××,男,50岁。肝区疼痛,消1月,于1989年11月6日入院,诊断原发性肝癌。入院前需杜冷丁缓解肝区剧痛.入院后用聚肌胞6mg 静滴,24小时内肝区疼痛完全缓解。连续两天滴注,未再发生肝区疼痛,一度精神好转,食欲恢复。
Polymyosin injection is a broad-spectrum antiviral drug. In our department, it was used to treat 10 cases of primary liver cancer in 1989. The daily dosage was 6-10 mg. One intravenous infusion was found to completely relieve liver pain completely. (Excluding other analgesic drugs), no adverse reactions. Example 1. Liu X, male, 50 years old. Liver area pain, elimination of 1 month, admitted to hospital on November 6, 1989, diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Before admission, pethidine was needed to relieve severe pain in the liver area. Polymyosin 6 mg was used for intravenous infusion after admission, and pain in the liver area was completely relieved within 24 hours. After two consecutive days of instillation, there was no recurrence of pain in the liver area. At one time, the spirit improved and the appetite recovered.
