高血压现已成为我国最常见的慢性病，也是导致心脑血管事件最主要的危险因素。近年来研究发现，高血压与炎症之间存在密切关系，白细胞是反映炎症的一项重要指标，在高血压的发生、发展中白细胞起着重要作用。既往研究显示，白细胞升高与血压水平升高有关，两者存在正相关性，且这种作用独立于其他多重危险因素。该文通过研究白细胞与血压水平之间的关系，以期为高血压的发病机制及其有效防治提供依据。“,”Hypertension has become the most common chronic disease in our country,which is the main risk factor to lead to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.Recent studies have shown that hypertension is closely related to inflammation.White blood cell(WBC) is an important indicator of inflammation.Many studies have shown that WBC plays an important role in the occurrence and development of hypertension in the past.Previous studies showed that elevated WBC is independently associated with increasing blood pres-sure level,and has positive correlation with blood pressure.Here is to study the relationships between WBC and blood pressure,in order to provide basis for the pathogenesis of hypertension and its effective prevention and control.
