在院校调整合并和高等教育大众化的背景下,产生了大批合并重构型和自我扩张型的多校区大学,原有的财务管理软件无法高效地实现多校区财务联合管理。本文以高校财务软件的创新为切入点,根据财务人员的具体需求,分析了当前财务软件的不足之处,从流程、广度、深度、管理和设计理念的角度,提出了应着力于财务系统的网络化、信息数据接口的丰富化、管理功能的智能化和设计理念的专业化的创新方法。在财务软件逐步更新的过程中,证明了以上改进措施可以有效地提高财务管理水平。
Under the background of adjustment and merger of colleges and popularization of higher education, a large number of multi-campus universities merged with reconfiguration and self-expansion have emerged. The original financial management software can not effectively implement multi-campus financial joint management. Based on the innovation of financial software in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current financial software according to the specific needs of financial staff. From the perspectives of process, breadth, depth, management and design, this paper puts forward some suggestions that should be focused on the financial system Networking, informative data interface enrichment, intelligent management functions and design concepts of specialized innovative methods. In the process of gradual updating of financial software, it proves that the above improvement measures can effectively improve the level of financial management.
