职业技术教育是教育与经济的重要结合点,是把人才资源转化为智力优势,把智力优势转化为现实生产力的重要桥梁,是培养技术人员、管理人员和城乡各行各业熟练劳动者及提高全民族素质最直接、最有意义、最迅速的途径,是振兴当地经济的重要措施。职业学校培养的学生专业技能如何,是否能够顺利地“顶岗”工作,这是职教别于普教的重要标志,是检验职业学校办学质量的重要依据。由此可见,学生实验技能的形成是职校面临的根本任务。我在烹饪专业教学中,对于加强学生实验技能训练作了一些尝试和探索,取得了良好的教学效果。

Thus, the formation of experimental skills of students is the fundamental task facing vocational schools. In cooking teaching, I made some attempts and exploration to strengthen students’ experimental skills training and achieved good teaching results.
