论述了中国加入 WTO,中国城建企业宏观经济环境和微观经济环境将发生的变化 ,指出了中国城建企业面临的机遇与挑战 ,并提出企业应正确认识机遇与挑战的辨证关系 .从中国城建企业的优势与劣势出发 ,提出中国城建企业应实施集团化战略、人才战略、品牌战略和内部管理集约化战略等对策
Discussed China’s accession to WTO, the macroeconomic environment and microeconomic environment of China’s urban construction enterprises will change, pointing out the opportunities and challenges China’s urban construction enterprises face, and proposed that enterprises should correctly understand the dialectical relationship between opportunities and challenges. Based on advantages and disadvantages, it is proposed that China’s urban construction enterprises should implement strategies such as group strategy, talent strategy, brand strategy, and internal management intensification strategy.
