将大肠杆菌内毒素粗制品经静脉注入不同动物,造成内毒素血症与休克模型,观察不同处理的疗效。主要指标包括存亡情况,动脉血压与血流速度(多普勒法)。从存活率来看,在小鼠空白38.5%(25/65只)、蟾酥61.5%(40/65只)、山莨菪碱64.7%(44/68只),在大鼠、山莨菪碱2/9只、蟾酥与山莨菪硷合用(以下简称为蟾山合液)4/10只;在家兔、山莨菪硷54.5%(12/22只),蟾酥66.7%(10/15只),蟾山合液84.0%
The crude product of E. coli endotoxin was intravenously injected into different animals to cause endotoxemia and shock model, and the efficacy of different treatments was observed.
