三相六极开放式水阻器的结构简单、造价低廉,因此,在水电站新机试运行时常作为电气负荷之用。本文在用子面元法分析三相三极水阻器的三维电流场和计算等效电导的基础上,提出三相六极开放式水阻器的计算方法,并将计算结果与工业试验数据对比,以验证方法的正确性;进而根据工业要求,利用经验公式及数据粗略确定水阻器的主要尺寸,最后应用所编程序正确计算水阻器的G_ρ及功率P与浸水深度的关系。
The structure of the three-phase six-pole open type water resistance is simple and the manufacturing cost is low. Therefore, it is often used as an electrical load during commissioning of a new hydropower station. Based on the analysis of the three-dimensional current field and the calculation of the equivalent conductance of the three-phase three-pole resistor with the sub-polygon method, the calculation method of the three-phase six-pole open type resistor is proposed. The calculation results are compared with the industrial test data And then verify the correctness of the method. Then according to the industrial requirements, the main dimensions of the rheostat are roughly determined by using the empirical formula and the data. Finally, the relationship between the G_ρ and the power P of the rheostat and the depth of immersion is calculated by using the programmed program.
