应用65Zn 示踪技术,研究了微量元素锌在植物- 土壤中的吸收转移及再利用。结果表明:无机态65Zn 施入不同类型的土壤(正常土和缺锌土) 后,植物( 玉米) 对65Zn 的吸收利用率差异极显著,分别为2-04 % 和2-74 % ,有88-84 % 65Zn 残留于土壤和8-77 % 65Zn 淋失。残留于土壤中的65Zn 只有0-14 % 被下茬作物(大麦) 再利用,而大部分则不被根系吸收利用。本文对微量元素锌肥的安全使用问题进行了讨论。
Using 65Zn tracer technology, the absorption, transfer and reutilization of trace element zinc in plant-soil were studied. The results showed that there was significant difference in the uptake and utilization rate of 65Zn between the two kinds of soils (normal soil and zinc-deficient soil) when inorganic 65Zn was applied to different types of soil (2-04% and 2-74%, respectively) and 88 -84% 65Zn Residues in soil and 8-77% 65Zn leaching. Only 0-14% of 65Zn remaining in the soil is reused by the underlying crop (barley), while most are not absorbed by the root system. This article discusses the safe use of trace element zinc fertilizers.
