高强钢板通过拉深筋后会出现塑性降低、提前破裂问题,严重影响板材后续成形,因此进行冲压模具设计时不能忽视高强钢板变形不同阶段成形性能的变化。利用正交试验研究了拉深筋结构参数对DP590高强钢板后续成形性能的影响,通过方差分析揭示了各因素对指标的影响规律,结合试验数据回归分析方法,建立了拉深筋阻力、DP590板后续成形性能与拉深筋结构参数对应关系的预测方程,根据预测方程及方差分析结果,总结了DP590高强钢板的拉深筋结构参数设计原则,为DP590高强钢冲压成形质量控制、工艺调整及有限元数值模拟计算中等效拉深筋的设置提供了参考依据。
