目的:建立测定柘木糖浆中山柰酚含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为CalesilODS-100C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%乙酸溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为1mL.min-1,检测波长为360nm。结果:山柰酚进样浓度在1~50μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率为99.77%,RSD=1.21%(n=9)。结论:本方法快速、简便、专属性强,可用于柘木糖浆的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of kaempferol in alder syrup. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic column was Calesil ODS-100C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% acetic acid solution (gradient elution) with a flow rate of 1 mL · min-1 and a detection wavelength of 360 nm. Results: The concentration of kaempferol in the range of 1 ~ 50μg.mL-1 showed a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.9998). The average recoveries were 99.77%, RSD = 1.21% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and specific and can be used for the quality control of alder syrup.
