以拟南芥cDNA芯片筛选核盘菌侵染时甘蓝型油菜的局部抗(耐)病相关基因,共获得在病斑周围局部组织中受核盘菌胁迫后表达变化达2倍以上的基因61个.这些基因中,36个基因为上升表达,25个基因为下降表达.RT-PCR和Northern杂交验证了部分芯片杂交筛选的结果, 表明拟南芥cDNA芯片可用于甘蓝型油菜基因转录谱的研究.结合油菜-拟南芥基因组比较作图, 将一些cDNA芯片筛选得到的油菜菌核病抗性相关基因定位于甘蓝型油菜抗菌核病QTL区间内. 取定位于QTL峰值区域的少数基因为先验基因,值得优先对这些基因进行深入研究.
