本文介绍了一个工作于2.5Gb/s信号速率的四通道有源光时隙交换系统,该系统采用平行式开关结构,利用半导体光放大器(SLA)作开关元件,光纤延迟线作存储元件。实验结果表明该系统具有良好的工作性能。实测的误码特性表明,该系统对直通信号的劣化只有0.2dB,对完全交换后的信号的劣化为0.7dB左右。
This paper introduces a four-channel active optical time-slot switching system operating at 2.5Gb / s signal rate. The system uses a parallel switch structure, using a semiconductor optical amplifier (SLA) as a switching element and a fiber delay line as a storage element. Experimental results show that the system has good working performance. The measured bit error characteristics show that this system has only 0.2dB degradation of the straight-through signal and about 0.7dB degradation of the fully-switched signal.
