目的:探讨烧伤患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和内皮素(ET)水平与烧伤后消化道溃疡的相关性。方法:采用放射免疫法测定61例烧伤患者、51例烧伤后消化道溃疡患者和30例对照组血浆CGRP、ET水平。结果:烧伤患者血浆CGRP水平为(27.18±11.21)ng/L、烧伤后消化道溃疡患者血浆CGRP水平为(22.64±10.42)ng/L,显著低于正常对照组(60.31±26.17)ng/L(P<0.01);烧伤患者血浆ET水平为(103.31±38.51)ng/L、烧伤后消化道溃疡患者血浆ET水平为(290.34±57.10)ng/L,显著高于正常对照组(40.61±11.51)ng/L(P<0.01)。结论:血浆CGRP/ET之间平衡紊乱可能在烧伤后消化道溃疡的发生机制中具有重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between plasma levels of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin (ET) and post-burn peptic ulcer in burn patients. Methods: The levels of plasma CGRP and ET in 61 cases of burn patients, 51 cases of peptic ulcer patients and 30 cases of control group were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: The plasma level of CGRP in burn patients was (27.18 ± 11.21) ng / L, and the level of plasma CGRP in burn patients with gastric ulcer was (22.64 ± 10.42) ng / L, significantly lower than that of the control group (60.31 ± 26.17) ng / L (103.31 ± 38.51) ng / L, the level of plasma ET in burned patients was (290.34 ± 57.10) ng / L, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (40.61 ± 11.51, P <0.01) ) ng / L (P <0.01). Conclusion: The imbalance between plasma CGRP / ET may play an important role in the pathogenesis of post-burn peptic ulcer.
