试验旨在研究中药复方对日粮养分在山羊全消化道表观消化率及山羊血液常规参数的影响.选择6头健康的体重相近的安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的周岁大足黑山羊羯羊,按3×3拉丁方试验设计,随机分为3组,1个对照组和2个处理组.对照组饲喂基础日粮,2个处理组分别在基础日粮上给每头羊日喂15 g复方Ⅰ和复方Ⅱ(由藿香、苍术、黄柏和生石膏等中药按不同比例组成).结果表明:复方Ⅰ能极显著提高干物质、有机物、中性和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率(P<0.01),显著提高总能和粗蛋白质的表观消化率(P<0.05);复方Ⅱ能极显著提高有机物和中性洗涤纤维的表观消化率(P<0.01),显著提高干物质、总能和粗蛋白质的表观消化率(P<0.05);复方Ⅰ能显著降低血液白细胞与红细胞总数及血红蛋白浓度(P<0.05),复方Ⅱ能显著降低血液红细胞总数及血红蛋白浓度(P<0.05).研究结果提示,中药复方能改善山羊消化能力及机体健康状况,且复方Ⅰ作用效果优于复方Ⅱ.
