本文观察了苦地丁生物碱对小鼠致畸性的影响,A组(120mg/kg)和B组(60mg/kg)的孕鼠连续经口给药10d后,可引起胎鼠外观畸形(P<0.01),主要畸变类型为脑露、小头畸形,该两个给药组也均引起胎鼠骨骼畸形(P<0.01),主要表现为顶骨、顶间骨、枕骨、胸骨骨化不全和缺失及胸骨错位。C组(30mg/kg)所致外观畸形不明显(P>0.05),而骨骼畸形差异显著(P<0.05);D组(10mg/kg)均未见明显异常。各给药组对孕鼠的体重、生殖机能和胎鼠的生长发育没有明显的影响。
In this paper, we observed the effect of bitter alkaloids on teratogenicity in mice. After continuous oral administration of 10 days pregnant rats in group A (120mg / kg) and group B (60mg / kg) (P <0.01). The main types of deformities were brain dew and microcephaly. The two administration groups also induced skeletal deformities in fetal rats (P <0.01). The main manifestations were parotidectomy, Ossification and absence of sternum and dislocation of the sternum. Appearance deformity was not obvious in group C (30mg / kg) (P> 0.05), but the difference of skeletal deformity was significant (P <0.05). There was no obvious abnormality in group D (10mg / kg). Each administration group had no obvious effect on body weight, reproductive function and growth and development of fetal rats.
