组织细胞增生症X,属网状内皮细胞疾病,幼儿多见。现报告我院所治两例如下。 病例介绍 例1,患者女性,19岁。因颈部及腋下包块渐增大伴畏寒发热,盗汗、乏力、纳差,胸背部反复出现皮疹伴痒感四年,在外院作肿块活检,诊断为“淋巴结核”,抗痨治疗无效。于1985年5月5日入院。体检:一般情况差,呈衰竭状。胸背部有散在及融合的淡红色粟粒大小之丘疹,部分有脓痂。双侧颈部、腋下及腹股沟部均可扪及肿大、质硬、固定、无压痛的淋巴结。肝右肋下3cm、剑突下2cm。脾平脐。买验室 Histiocytosis X, a reticuloendothelial disease, more common in children.
