以氯氮平作为电荷给体,7,7,8,8四氰基对二次甲基苯醌(TCNQ)作为电子受体,用分光光度法研究了它们之间形成电荷转移(CT)络合物的条件。结果表明:在丙酮介质中,二者于45℃水浴中恒温1h即可形成1∶1的络合物,其最大吸收波长为743nm,0~175μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=160×104L·mol-1·cm-1。方法的相对标准偏差小于1%(n=8)。对形成CT络合物的机理进行了探讨。应用拟定的方法对氯氮平片进行了含量测定,结果与标准方法一致,回收率为99%。
Clozapine as a charge donor, 7,7,8,8 tetracyanoquinodimethylquinone (TCNQ) as an electron acceptor, spectrophotometric study of their formation of charge transfer (CT) Complex conditions. The results showed that in acetone medium, the 1: 1 complex was formed when incubated in a water bath at 45 ℃ for 1 h. The maximum absorption wavelength was 743 nm and the linear range was from 0 to 175 μg / mL. Absorption coefficient ε = 1 60 × 104L · mol-1 · cm-1. The relative standard deviation of the method was less than 1% (n = 8). The formation of CT complex mechanism was discussed. Determination of the content of clozapine tablets using the proposed method, the results consistent with the standard method, the recovery was 99%.
