煤层原始瓦斯压力的准确测定关系着矿井的安全生产,而测压钻孔的封孔技术是影响煤层原始瓦斯压力测定的重要因素,通过分析现有煤层瓦斯压力测定封孔技术的主要优缺点和适用条件,设计出一种新型煤层瓦斯压力测定封孔装置,确定了带压封孔工艺;同时根据主动测压原理,设计了以压缩空气为补偿气体的主动测压装置,确定了补气压力。
The accurate determination of original gas pressure in coal seam is related to mine safety production. The sealing technology of pressure drilling is an important factor affecting the determination of original gas pressure in coal seam. By analyzing the main advantages and disadvantages of sealing technology of gas pressure in existing coal seam, The author designed a new sealing and sealing device for gas pressure measurement of coal seam and determined the sealing process with pressure and pressure.
