在企业快速发展,竞争日趋激烈的新形势下,各企业的管理体制、经营观念等都发生了很大的改变。对于新成立的新兴企业而言,如何与同类企业区隔开来,在众多的企业中突出自己的形象,进而提升自己的竞争力,是摆在众多企业中的一个难题。企业经营面对复杂的商业环境,需要强有力的个性传达,对内达到统一思想、提高归属感的机能,对外建立企业识别、社会认同感。
Under the new situation of rapid development and increasingly fierce competition in enterprises, the management systems and management concepts of various enterprises have undergone great changes. For newly established enterprises, how to differentiate themselves from similar enterprises and highlight their image among many enterprises so as to enhance their competitiveness is a difficult problem for many enterprises.
