谷氨酸能刺激糖代谢和氧化还原过程,维持机体在氟化钠中毒时氨的正常代谢,加速氟从尿中的排泄。实验采用HF、MoF_6、WF_6吸入中毒。急性实验用小鼠在氟离子浓度为110±15mg/m~3中吸入2小时,亚急性实验在30~40mg/m~3浓度中10天时间内每天吸入4小时,慢性实验用大鼠在1.5±0.54mg/m~3浓度中4个月时间内每天吸入5小时。实验动物分吸入中毒谷氨酸治疗组、吸入中毒生理盐水组和对照组。
