目的探讨儿童病毒性脑炎的临床特点,分析病毒性脑炎流行规律,为有效预防和控制病毒性脑炎的发生与流行提供依据。方法对2006年3月至9月该病流行期间入院的202例患儿进行调查及临床资料分析。结果流行季节为3~9月份,6~12岁的学龄儿童为易感人群,且男性比女性更易感染。临床表现以发热、头痛、呕吐为主。辅助检查中白细胞计数以正常和增高为主,脑脊液压力增高,细胞数及蛋白正常或升高,糖及氯化物正常。结论该县流行的小儿病毒性脑炎临床症状典型,但以轻症病人为主,早期诊断、及时治疗是治疗成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of viral encephalitis in children and to analyze the prevalence of viral encephalitis and provide evidence for the prevention and control of the occurrence and prevalence of viral encephalitis. Methods Totally 202 children hospitalized during the epidemic period from March to September in 2006 were investigated and the clinical data were analyzed. Results The epidemic season was from March to September. School-age children aged 6 to 12 were susceptible and men were more likely to be infected than women. Clinical manifestations of fever, headache, vomiting. Auxiliary examination white blood cell count to normal and increased mainly cerebrospinal fluid pressure, cell number and protein normal or elevated, sugar and chloride normal. Conclusion The prevalence of clinical symptoms of pediatric viral encephalitis in the county is typical. However, in mild patients, early diagnosis and prompt treatment are the keys to successful treatment.
