目的 本研究主要观察胰岛素眼液及其促吸收剂对兔血糖的影响。方法 不同浓度的胰岛素眼液及其促吸收剂滴入 30只 (30眼 )新西兰白兔眼内 ,然后 ,对其血糖及血浆胰岛素进行测量。结果 胰岛素眼液降低血糖的作用是剂量依赖性的 ,10 g· L- 1的胰岛素降血糖作用与 2 .5 g· L- 1 和 5 g· L- 1 的胰岛素给药组比较 ,具有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;促吸收剂 Tween80可加速胰岛素的吸收 ,尤其是 10 g· L- 1 的 Tween80 ,其促进胰岛素吸收的能力与 5 g· L- 1的 Tween80比较 ,具有显著性的差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 胰岛素眼液及其促吸收剂对于糖尿病病人的临床治疗具有一定的意义。
Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of insulin eye drops and its absorption-promoting agents on blood glucose in rabbits. Methods Thirty (30 eyes) New Zealand white rabbits were instilled with different concentrations of insulin eye drops and their absorption absorbers, and then their blood glucose and plasma insulin were measured. Results The effect of insulin eye drops on blood glucose was dose-dependent. The hypoglycemic effect of insulin at 10 g · L -1 was significantly lower than that of insulin at 2.5 g · L -1 and 5 g · L -1 (P <0.05). Tween80, a kind of absorbent, accelerated insulin absorption, especially Tween80 at 10 g · L -1. Compared with Tween80 at 5 g · L -1, Tween 80 had Significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Insulin ophthalmic solution and its absorption enhancer have clinical significance for the treatment of diabetic patients.
