目的了解南通市放射工作人员健康状况,更好的做好健康监护工作,及早发现职业病危害,而且能为评价放射防护效果和职业性放射性疾病诊治提供决策依据。方法根据卫生部《放射工作人员职业健康管理办法》、《放射工作人员健康标准》、《放射工作人员职业健康监护技术规范》的有关规定进行相关检查及结果评价。结果不同工龄组放射工作人员外周血象、染色体、甲状腺功能的异常率差异无统计学意义,眼晶状体随着放射工龄增长,眼晶体混浊率增高,白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板异常率女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义;眼晶状体、甲状腺功能及染色体异常率在男女性别之间差异均无统计学意义;医疗单位放射工作人员眼晶状体患病率要高于企业单位的患病率;甲功的异常率企业单位的工作人员要高于医疗单位,外周血象及染色体异常率在医疗单位和企业之间差异无统计学意义。结论南通市放射工作人员健康受到一定的损伤,加强放射防护,减少电离辐射的损伤效应,切实保障人员健康。
Objective To understand the health status of radiation workers in Nantong City, to better do the work of health monitoring and early detection of occupational hazards, and to provide decision-making basis for evaluating the radiological protection effect and occupational radiation disease diagnosis and treatment. Methods According to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Health, “Occupational Health Management Practices for Radiation Workers,” “Radiation Workers Health Standards,” and “Technical Specifications for Occupational Health Monitoring of Radiation Workers”, relevant inspections and evaluation of results were carried out. Results There were no significant differences in the abnormal rates of peripheral blood, chromosomes and thyroid function between radiation workers of different working age groups. The ophthalmic lens increased with the increase of radiation working age and the opacity of ocular lens. The abnormal rates of white blood cells, hemoglobin and platelet were higher in women than in men There was no significant difference in gender, lens, thyroid function and chromosomal abnormalities among men and women. The prevalence of lens in medical unit was higher than that in business unit. The abnormality of thyroid function The rate of enterprise unit staff to be higher than the medical unit, peripheral blood and chromosomal abnormalities in the medical unit and the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The health of radiation workers in Nantong City is under some damage, radiation protection is strengthened, the damage effect of ionizing radiation is reduced, and the health of personnel is effectively protected.
