目的了解铸造厂生产环境照明情况,评价照明改造效果,为铸造厂生产车间改进照明环境提供依据。方法对铸造厂生产工艺及照明情况进行调查,对照明改造前后工作场所照度进行检测,并进行比较分析。结果照明整改前,10个照度测定点有9个未能达到国家规定标准值;照明整改后,相同区域10个照度测定点有9个达到了国家规定标准值。结论该医院放射工作人员个人剂量水平基本符合国家规定范围,但诊断放射工作人员的个人防护措施应当着重加强。提示用LED工矿灯代替高压汞灯、增加局部照明的整改方案切实可行,使90.00%以上工作场所照度符合国家标准规定的限值,值得推广使用。针对部分工作场所照度不达标的情况,提出整改建议。
Objective To understand the lighting conditions of the foundry production environment, evaluate the effect of lighting transformation, and provide the basis for improving the lighting environment in the foundry production workshop. Methods Casting plant production process and lighting conditions were investigated, the lighting before and after the workplace illumination test, and comparative analysis. Results Before rectification, nine of the 10 illumination measurement points failed to meet the national standard values. After the lighting rectification, 9 of the 10 illumination measurement points in the same area reached the national standard value. Conclusion The individual dose level of radiation workers in this hospital basically meets the national regulations, but the personal protective measures of radiation workers should be strengthened. Prompt LED mining lamp instead of high-pressure mercury lamp, increase local lighting rectification program is feasible, so that more than 90.00% of the workplace illumination in line with national standards limit, it is worth promoting the use. For part of the workplace illumination is not up to the situation, put forward suggestions for rectification.
