某湿法炼锌厂在浸出和净液作业中采用的机械搅拌设备,自投产2个月后的8个月内,其搅拌器主轴相继发生断裂。本文在分析事故原因的基础上,对主轴在弯扭矩组合的工况下的疲劳强度进行了校核,同时从总结经验出发,就主轴的结构设计、制造以及质量要求和运行操作方面提出了有益的改进建议,可供设计和生产建设部门参考和借鉴。
