针对目前传统重型U型钢板桩冷弯成形工艺弊端,提出了一种新的冷弯成形工艺,即C形-局部加热-帽形顺序、交替成形工艺。以某公司厚度规格为12 mm重型U型钢板桩为例,设计了2套冷弯工艺方案(传统冷弯工艺、新型冷弯工艺)。从板料冷弯过程变形趋势光滑的角度选取新型冷弯工艺进行12 mm重型钢板桩的工艺设计,获得了完整的工艺参数(弯曲道次、弯曲角度、反弯角度)。比较优化后的重型U型钢板桩冷弯成形工艺参数,包括弯曲道次、弯曲角度、反弯角度等,将此优化后的工艺应用于某公司钢板桩生产线,获得了质量合格的厚度为12 mm重型钢板桩成品。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the current cold forming process of traditional U-shape steel sheet pile, a new cold forming process is proposed, namely C-shape - local heating - hat shape sequence and alternate forming process. Taking a company of 12 mm thickness U-shaped steel sheet pile as an example, two sets of cold bending process schemes (traditional cold bending process and new cold bending process) are designed. The process design of 12 mm heavy duty steel sheet pile was selected from the perspective of the tendency of plate deformation during the cold rolling process. The complete process parameters (bending pass, bending angle and bending angle) were obtained. The optimal parameters of cold forming process for U-shaped steel sheet piles were compared, including bending pass, bending angle and bending angle. The optimized process was applied to a steel sheet pile production line of a company, and a thickness of 12 mm heavy steel sheet pile products.
