针对国内首次凹底平车凹底架折角设计方案,提出了1∶3模型模拟试验方法,设计制造了模型及加载装置,通过测试,将模拟试验与有限元结构强度及刚度分析结果进行了对比分析研究。得出了折角式凹底架的应力分布及设计重点。
Aiming at the design scheme of the concave angle of concave frame for the first concave flat car in China, a 1: 3 model simulation test method is proposed.
