教师职业道德问题一直都是教育领域学者关注的焦点。仔细分析《中小学教师职业道德规范(2008年修订)》后发现,我国师德文本存在公德淡化、忽视专业化及难于操作等弊端。究其原因,这与我国人性道德传统、社会对教师的角色期待以及集体主义倾向密切相关。基于此,借鉴美国师德文本建设经验,今后我国师德文本改革应从丰富文本的内涵和外延、构建多维文本体系与增强文本的可操作性方面作出努力。
Teachers’ professional ethics has always been the focus of scholars in the field of education. A careful analysis of the “primary and secondary school teachers’ professional ethics (2008 revision)” found that there is a weak morality in our moral education in Germany, ignoring the drawbacks of specialization and difficult operation. The reason for this is closely related to the tradition of humanity and morality in our country, the role of society in teachers’ expectations and the tendency toward collectivism. Based on this, drawing lessons from the experience of the construction of American teacher morality texts, the future reform of teacher morality text in our country should make efforts from enriching the connotation and denotation of texts, building a multidimensional text system and enhancing the operability of texts.
