桥梁支座将桥梁上部结构的反力和变形可靠地传递至桥梁下部结构,是桥梁结构的重要组成部分。然而,由于支座形式的更新换代、内在质量问题、使用寿命以及未能正确安装等原因,使许多支座不得不进行更换。中国早期修建的高架桥多采用独柱墩形式,未预留支座更换空间。搭设支架工作量较大,同时对支架的强度、刚度和稳定性以及地基处理等要求较高,施工难度和精确控制较难。该文采用钢结构平台对支座进行更换时可避免搭设支架的各种不利因素,为独柱墩支座更换提供了一种新的思路。
Bridge bearing the bridge superstructure of the reaction force and deformation to the lower part of the bridge structure, is an important part of the bridge structure. However, many bearings have had to be replaced due to replacement forms, inherent quality issues, service life, and incorrect installation. China early viaduct to use more single pillar piers form, did not reserve bearing replacement space. Erection of the larger workload, at the same time on the stent strength, stiffness and stability, as well as higher requirements of foundation treatment, construction difficulty and precise control more difficult. In this paper, various unfavorable factors of erecting stents can be avoided by replacing the support with steel structure platform, which provides a new idea for bearing replacement of single post pier.
