建立了一种高效液相色谱-荧光检测法用于检测血浆中的烟酰胺浓度。血浆中的烟酰胺首先被转化为N1-甲基烟酰胺,再与苯乙酮在一定条件下反应生成荧光衍生物进行检测。该方法灵敏度高,检出限为10ng/mL,回收率为92.75%—105.13%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.76%—4.43%。方法准确、灵敏、快速,达到了实验的要求,适用于血浆中低浓度烟酰胺的检测。
A high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence method was developed for the determination of niacinamide in plasma. Nicotinamide in plasma is first converted to N1-methylnicotinamide, which is then reacted with acetophenone under certain conditions to produce a fluorescent derivative for detection. The method has high sensitivity, detection limit of 10ng / mL, recovery of 92.75% -105.13% and relative standard deviation (RSD) of 3.76% -4.43%. The method is accurate, sensitive and rapid and meets the requirements of the experiment. It is suitable for the detection of nicotinamide in plasma with low concentration.
