面临市场结构的细分和多样化的环境下,本文指出企业应以顾客及相关利益者价值为分析起点,进行差异化分析,有效制定高品质战略。文章分析了战略执行力影响因素及我国企业现状,针对不足,提出具体举措,着重从培育企业领导力、构建战略导向组织、打造执行力文化三方面提高战略执行力。
Faced with the breakdown and diversification of market structure, this paper points out that enterprises should take the value of customers and stakeholders as the starting point for analysis, carry out differentiated analysis and effectively formulate high-quality strategies. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of strategic execution and the status quo of Chinese enterprises. In view of the shortcomings, the paper proposes concrete measures, focusing on cultivating business leadership, building strategic orientation and building execution culture to improve strategic execution.
