本文采用萤光光度法对11例肿瘤患者静脉冲入表阿霉素后作了血药浓度测定及药代动力学分析。以平均一次剂量45.4mg/m~2表阿霉素静脉冲入后,其中10例患者药代动力学特征符合二室模型,1例符合三室模型。以非房室模型分析方法估算出的11例患者主要药代动力学参数为:AUC(mg·h/1)0.3597—2.2403,MRT(hr)28.33—112.76,VRT(hr)1328.08—15999.5,CL(l/min)19.047—147.053,t1/2(hr)19.63—78.14,Vss(l/m~2) 2040.6—4746.9。
In this paper, fluorescence spectrophotometry of 11 patients with tumor into the intravenous epirubicin after blood concentration determination and pharmacokinetic analysis. After the average single dose of 45.4mg / m 2 epirubicin was implanted, the pharmacokinetic characteristics of 10 patients were consistent with two-compartment model and one case with three-compartment model. The main pharmacokinetic parameters of 11 patients estimated by non-compartmental model analysis were AUC (mg · h / 1) 0.3597-2.2403, MRT (hr) 28.33-112.76, VRT (hr) 1328.08-15999.5, CL (l / min) 19.047-147.053, t1 / 2 (hr) 19.63-78.14, Vss (l / m ~ 2) 2040.6-4746.9.
