由信号处理学会语音、通信及图象处理学组主办的笫三届学组年会于87年11月19日～23日在北京举行。这次学术会分语音、图象处理及通信三个方向进行论文交流。语音组分为语音识别、语音分析合成和编码、语音处理应用软件三个专题。图象处理组分为计算机视觉、图象编码、图象处理应用三个专题。通信组分为通信、滤波两个专题。语音组的每篇学术报告后的讨论都是很认真的,有的问题引起大家激烈争论,学术气氛浓郁。参加图象组报告的有
The annual meeting of the third group organized by the Speech, Communication and Image Processing Group of the Signal Processing Society took place in Beijing from November 19 to November 23, 1987. The academic conference will be divided into three parts: speech, image processing and communication. Voice components for speech recognition, speech synthesis and coding analysis, speech processing applications three topics. Image processing components for the three major topics of computer vision, image coding, image processing applications. Communication components for the communication, filtering two topics. The discussion after each academic report of the phonetic group was very serious, with some issues arousing heated debate and a rich academic atmosphere.
