目的预测拟建项目主要岗位噪声与粉尘职业病危害因素预期接触水平。方法采用职业卫生调查、类比法、经验法结合文献分析对拟建项目噪声、粉尘职业病危害因素及采取的防护措施进行分析,预测拟建项目的噪声与粉尘职业病危害因素预期接触水平。结果根据类比项目预测,预期本项目建成投产后大部分作业场所的噪声强度超过85 d B(A),高强度噪声源主要集中于主厂房,输煤系统巡视人员、燃料运行人员、机组维修人员接触粉尘浓度可能高于职业接触限值。结论在采取本文提出的防护措施和建议的情况下,加强有效管理,各岗位噪声、粉尘职业病危害因素预期接触水平能够满足相关标准的要求。
Objective To predict the expected level of exposure to occupational hazards caused by noise and dust in the main post of the proposed project. Methods Occupational health survey, analogy method, experience method and literature analysis were used to analyze the risk factors of occupational diseases and noise in the proposed project and the protective measures taken to predict the anticipated exposure level of the noise and dust occupational hazards in the proposed project. Results Based on the prediction of analog projects, it is expected that the noise intensity of most of the workplaces will exceed 85 d B (A) after the project is completed and put into operation. High intensity noise sources are mainly concentrated in the main workshops, coal handling system inspectors, fuel operators and crew maintenance personnel Contact dust concentrations may be higher than the occupational exposure limits. Conclusion In the case of the protective measures and suggestions proposed in this article, strengthening the effective management, the post exposure to occupational hazards and occupational hazards of dust can meet the requirements of relevant standards.
