目的探索疾病监测数据的应用新模式,提升疾病监测质量。方法采用综合评分法,对流感样病例百分比的基线值和平均值、每周流感病毒检测阳性率和每周流感样病例暴发疫情起数的高低程度评分和计算权重系数,建立“流感指数”判定方程。结果 “流感指数”分为4个等级,分别为极易发生(Ⅰ级,指数值3.6~4)、易发生(Ⅱ级,指数值2.6~3.5)、较易发生(Ⅲ级,指数值1.6~2.5)和较少发生(Ⅳ级,指数值1~1.5)。结论 “流感指数”是将疾病监测数据转化为实际应用的新尝试,具有良好的社会效益。
Objective To explore a new application mode of disease surveillance data and improve the quality of disease surveillance. Methods The comprehensive score method was used to score the baseline value and average percentage of influenza-like cases, the weekly positive rate of influenza virus and the level of outbreaks of influenza-like cases in each week, and calculate the weight coefficient to establish the “flu index ”Determine the equation. Results The “flu index” was divided into 4 grades, which were extremely easy to occur (grade Ⅰ, index value 3.6-4) and prone to occur (grade Ⅱ, index value 2.6-3.5), which were more likely to occur (grade Ⅲ, index 1.6 to 2.5) and less frequent (grade IV, index 1 to 1.5). Conclusion The “flu index” is a new attempt to translate disease surveillance data into practical applications, with good social benefits.
