作为整个大庆油田汽车配件的采购供应单位,大庆油田物资公司汽车配件分公司始终把为油田用户提供优质的汽车配件及服务作为工作宗旨,精心采购,及时供应,认真服务,保证质量。并在采购业务管理中,时时推进作风转变,不断纠正自我、追求高效、务实服务。而现行采购业务管理模式的运行,却存在着运行效率、服务效率等方面的问题,其根本就是业务处理方式的不合理造成的。本文以寻找原因、制定措施、理顺流程、提高效率为出发点,通过对汽配公司现行采购业务管理模式的分析与研究,分析了目前模式的缺陷、不足存在的问题以及产生的不良影响,提出了新的业务管理模式,并对新模式对现行业务的工作效率、服务质量以及企业发展所产生的影响进行了探讨。

The current operation of the procurement business management mode, but there are operational efficiency, service efficiency and other issues, the fundamental business processing is the result of unreasonable. Based on the analysis and research of the current purchasing management mode of auto parts company, this article analyzes the defects of the current mode, the problems existing and the adverse effects caused by the problems, and puts forward some suggestions to find the reasons, make the measures, to streamline the process and improve the efficiency. New business management mode, and discusses the impact of the new mode on the current business efficiency, service quality and enterprise development.
