Through the analysis of the raw and terrigenous coarse components in 99 surface sediments collected from the 1st to 3rd Arctic scientific expedition in western part of the Arctic Ocean, the changes of surface productivity, organic matter source and terrigenous coarse particulate matter Ways and influencing factors. The change of surface productivity reflected by the biogenic components in the study area is closely related to the three Pacific ocean currents entering the Chukchi Sea through the Bering Strait. The Anadal flow of high-salt and high-nutrient salt in the west of the Chukchi Sea flows through the region, and the surface productivity is generally high. On the east side of the Alaska coastal stream, low salt and low nutrient flows through the region, and the productivity of planktonic siliceous organisms is low, Organic matter input has a significant impact. The higher calcareous bioaccumulation of the Alpha ridge and the Chukchi plateau is closely related to the injection of the North Atlantic water. The low phytoplankton bioavailability in the Chukchi Sea shelf is related to the dilution of terrigenous material and the depth of the planktonic calcareous organisms. The low productivity of planktonic calcareous organisms in the Canadian Basin is mainly affected by the dissolution of calcium carbonate. The distribution of terrigenous coarse-fractionated ice-rafted detritus (IRD) in the surface sediments of the study area is mainly affected by the transport of sea ice and icebergs, continental ice input, river input and Pacific influx water. The coarse sediments of terrigenous sediments at the entrance of the Bering Strait are mainly affected by the influx of the Pacific Ocean. The terrigenous coarse-grained sediments in the coastal waters of Alaska come from the input of marginal ice and rivers. The IRD of the north wind ridge is mainly caused by sea ice and Carried by icebergs, carried by Beaufort circulation, and melted sea ice and icebergs and unloaded into the sediments.
